Purchase and website terms

The website and paid services are operated by Iman Meskini ENK, organisation number 920 852 432, Jens Bjelkes gate 60, 0652 Oslo, Norway. Questions, cancellation requests and notices of withdrawal can be sent to hello@imanmeskini.com.

Before you continue to Stripe, the offer page shows the service scope, delivery, price, any renewal, cancellation and withdrawal rights. Stripe shows the item, billing interval and total amount before you confirm. You must actively accept these terms and request any early start or access.

Returning from Stripe is not by itself proof of payment. Access or delivery starts only after a signed Stripe event has been verified and reconciled to your account. We keep a dated, versioned record of your terms acceptance with the checkout attempt.

The stated EUR price is the total amount Iman charges; Iman does not add another fee in checkout. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.

How personal data is handled for purchases and delivery is explained in the privacy notice.

Studio provides private, account-bound access to the described content workspace, saved projects and available exports. The monthly plan costs €39 and renews each month. The annual plan costs €390 and renews each year. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time before the next renewal by sending a clear email to the address above. We confirm the cancellation in writing. You will not be charged for another period and retain access until the end of the period already paid for. Your account billing area shows status but is not currently used to submit cancellation.

For your first Studio purchase, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days and receive a full refund. Studio access ends when you withdraw. After that, no partial refund is provided for a billing period that has started unless mandatory law requires it.

The Brand Clarity Intensive costs €450 as a one-time payment. Delivery consists of a private preparation form, one focused live session scheduled with Iman, and a written clarity report delivered to your private account after the session.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If work has not started, you receive a full refund. If you expressly asked for work to start before the withdrawal period ended and withdraw after part of the work has been delivered, you pay only a proportionate amount for the part already delivered; the remainder is refunded.

You may reschedule at no extra cost when you give reasonable notice. If Iman cannot deliver the agreed Intensive process, you receive a full refund.

Send us a clear email within 14 days after entering into the agreement. Include the name and email address used for the purchase, which offer it concerns and that you wish to withdraw. Do not send card details. You may use the Norwegian authorities’ standard withdrawal form, but it is not required.

Open the standard withdrawal form on regjeringen.no. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

A published Brand Clarity report remains available in your private account for 12 months from publication. We send notice at least 30 days before scheduled deletion. You can download and keep a copy, or request deletion earlier through the private service. Automated deletion is blocked unless the required notice was delivered.

Coaching, mentoring and digital tools support reflection, communication and practical decisions. Results depend on many factors outside our control. No particular business, income, audience, employment, wellbeing or personal outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Unless otherwise stated, original text, branding, graphics, templates and other content are owned by or licensed to Iman Meskini ENK. Your purchase permits personal or internal business use of the delivery and tool as described; it does not transfer ownership of the service software, templates or brand. Reproduction, republication, resale or commercial distribution requires written permission unless applicable law permits it.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law to the extent the law permits. Nothing here limits mandatory rights. Please contact us first if a concern arises so we can try to resolve it. hello@imanmeskini.com.
